GO GREEN

Packed with sustainability

The need to reduce, reuse, and recycle products and materials in the packaging solutions manufacturing business has escalated, with many global conglomerates opting for greener options. Therefore, we understand and promote this green revolution through our packaging solutions as well. Our GRS certification is a testament to our commitment to environmentally friendly packaging. We provide our consumers with several sustainable packaging options, including compostable and paper packaging.

Mono Material

Mono-materials, using one type of material, simplify recycling, reducing energy and costs. They are eco-friendly and promote a green economy. In packaging films, there’s a growing demand for mono-material structures like PE and PP, achieved through multi-layer films or laminating the same materials. The flexible packaging industry is swiftly shifting to simpler, more recyclable constructions like PE-PE or PP-PP.

GRS Certified Packaging

GRST Certified Packaging – GRS-certified packaging, containing 30-70% recycled materials, is a cost-effective, long-term solution across various sectors. Our compliance with GRS regulations allows us to use recycled materials, supported by TCs for a closed-loop supply chain. These films reduce CO2 emissions, ensuring product safety and serving as a durable alternative to traditional plastic packaging

Biodegradable & Compostable Material

Compostable materials, derived from plant-based sources such as corn and potato starches, decompose into compost within approximately 120 days when processed in industrial composting facilities. These materials are utilized in various secondary packaging applications, including apparel, e-commerce, fruit and vegetable bags, and carry bags. Additionally, they can be fashioned into spoons, knives, and other forms of cutlery, offering a sustainable substitute for single-use plastics.

Paper Packaging

Paper-based flexible packaging is now widely regarded as a more environmentally friendly alternative to plastic among consumers as it is significantly more biodegradable and recyclable than plastic. The paper package gets considered to be the best for providing good printing results.
